Yep. Since they have such bad memory, then they can't remember the Florans killing them!

 

Florans REALLY seem to want to eat Apex, judging by their remarks when looking at nearly anything with an Apex on it.

I also like how they see Avian sacrificial altars as "covered in food stains".

 

Thus no jimmies were rustled.

 

I haven't seen too much regarding Avian and Floran relationships, but I don't get the feeling they dislike each other quite as much as other races dislike Floran. Mind, I don't think they like Florans.

I've collected quite a few codex's (it's basically what I treasure hunt for, not those silly guns). I've got one of an Avian prayer which is pretty neat. I've only got one and five of the Kluex Delusion, and I'm curious about what's in the middle, as the first is an Avian vehemently opposing the existence of Kluex, and the fifth is him vehemently repenting and urging others to do the same. I've got the first and second diaries of an Avian who actually still believes in Kluex, but his mate didn't and moved to a grounded village so he did and kept his belief hidden. His parents sent him letters secretly and his brother was chosen to become Ascended-the last line is hoping he survives the jump.

I've got a few on Glitch as well. One of them is the one mentioned earlier I think, about the jobs they have. Another is an address to the glitch guards, telling them they had been too lenient, basically, with the glitch, and to arrest any glitch who came into designated "safe zones" to go fix their brains or some such-and to kill any others. Which made that one time I found a glitch city with friends make sense-all the guards attacked us, but the villagers didn't.

The Glitch were actually teaching the Floran things as well, including how to write. However, that was called off after a Floran shoved his manuscript into his glitch teacher's mouth and ran off, saying the entire world would love his manuscript or else, or something like that. It was deemed too dangerous to teach the Floran how to write, haha. However, when my Avian inspected some of the hangings in a Floran village, she remarked on how one of them kind of looked like Avian script and maybe the Floran were attempting to base their own written language off of Avian?

 

I'm up for trading some codexes with you I've got them all written up, as I'm planning to center a corporation around information collection and trading

Awesome! I made a list of all the codex I have transcribed in here, as well as a description of the StarSearcher Society.

 

Now this isn't a codex entry, but I found interesting when raiding an avian tomb is that in the Kluex religion, when people are damned, they become bunny rabbits, or are represented as rabbits to show that are doomed to "hop around for all eternity".

 

Just asking, do codex entries disappear?
My "Control yourself" + starting floran entries disappeared.
Its such a bummer since i love hoarding codex entries .
I want then back =.=

 

I think they might... Some of mine disappeared when I joined a multiplayer game with the character. That's why I write them down into a Word file

 

I'm pretty sure that the codex entries don't carry over between single and multi player worlds. because the ones I have in the server I play on don't show up in my single player world and the opposite.
