It's something small, but just like in Terraria they had buttons to use for looting and easy depositing. After flying all over a planet finding surface chests, it would be a lot faster to have a loot all button than to shift click every single item in the chest; at least when you aren't collecting chests. Similarly, when I'm done with a planet and trying to deposit all the fuels and ores I've obtained, it'd be really convenient to just quick stack deposit ore into my organized chests. I like to have the FTL travel time regening health in a bed, but I'm usually still messing around in my chests trying to get my inventory cleared for the next planet; using bandages I'd rather save for later.
