Looking For Characters

I'm making a Starbound fan fiction and I was wondering if anyone would like to be a character in it. (Note: You will describe your character to me and I will write about them and fit them into the story. Also, secondary characters will only appear in some parts.)

Main Characters (will be very important in the story and may even get to write some of their own lines):

Mysterious Characters (appear in various parts of the story and are very important but can't write their own lines):

No offense meant; but this sounds like you're just trying to pull characters with no outright work of your own. If we had a sample of your writing that we could go off of, then maybe people would submit characters, but all in all, this sounds like you're just asking people to make characters for you.

 

Well, yeah. I mean, why not? I'd love to have my character in a fan fiction so I guess I'm just assuming other people are like me.

 

I'd think that's where most of the issue lies-- it sounds like if you had 'em, you'd control literally everything that happens to them; and in my experience, using someone else's characters in a piece you're writing, you literally have to be in total collaboration with them on what goes down, not just writing them as they were your own, if that makes any sense? Maybe I'm reading too much into the OP, but that's just how it comes off to me.

 

Well, if people don't like that they don't have to give me any characters. I'm basically just saying: "Hi! I'm making a fan fiction! If you want your character to be in it, that's fine with me!"

I have a few questions: where will this so-called "Glitch Innkeeper" have their inn? Can they be Hivemind or Outcasts? And lastly, could the Innkeeper actually be a set of twins rather than just one person?

 

Sure! To answer your question, the inn is in a Glitch town (note the Glitch guards and civilians).
