Actually, when I think about it, its probably just a type of mob given that its Generated Monster Day.

 

I am definitely going to compile all the monsters that they reveal on generated monster day.

With all the advanced ores we have, I think creepers would be a little obsolete against the power of Titanium.

Maybe we could tame creepers?!

though its possible they will announce a playable feline race, this one comes from the monster generator inside the game engine itself.
Considering some of the healthy addiictons to cat sprites around here they were bound to drive mechs.

But to answer your question, no one rightly knows, this is just a monster. so you could very possibly tame a cat and then build him a mech to drive around and house people. but to play a Cat man is still TBD.

 

Didn't they say that the game will be released in the end of this summer?

I'm loving the IRC info. I very rarely join the IRC (No time, most of my posting is from my phone), when I do the chat isn't exactly.. 'constructive'.

Maybe someone with a bit of free time could make an IRC thread with all the juicy info that is discussed. Unless there's already one

Yeah I seen that I am still giddy with excitement... no where near the excitement once I am playing the game and hopefully able to see what other players are running into in their games.

 

Oh I know! Since almost everything is randomly generated, I'm really excited to hear all of the experiences that players encounter. I know each player has a log to put monsters they find on each planet and I believe Tiy mentioned something about being able to show your friends the monsters you've discovered but I'm not sure if this pertains to friends on the same server, friends in real life who see you playing the game, or if there is going to be a social component like a friends list and chat where there is a button to click to share your log with others in-game or out. Either way, my level of excitement for this game increases every day!
