Linus - 7 Hearts but no Fish Tacos

I finally got Linus to 7 hearts and received his “recipe” for fish tacos, but it was only a mail message about “his favorite fish recipe” with no recipe actually attached. There was nothing to click on and usually, at the bottom of the letter, it will usually state that it’s a new recipe but that was missing as well. I got scammed out of my fish taco recipe and now I don’t know if I’ll ever get it, which is super triggering as it’s one of my last recipes to collect.
I play on Xbox One so I feel like there’s not a whole lot I can do.
