The problem with certain content is that it can lead to all sorts of legal problems for the site, that said a 18+ section could be added for such things as a compromise.
The same rules have always applied to Starbound Mods - as you can see most users still use this site for downloading Starbound Mods even though other options are available. So based on historical facts your assumption would not be the case. New Games can easily be added to Nexus by simply using the Wizard Tool. So the only reason it is not there, is because no one has done it yet.
Just to clarify, the game will be available on the list once a mod for it is uploaded. That's how the site works.

This is so... omg. Realy? I mean, a spoiler would do this job if the mods realy thing this is to "adult" (pfwahaha, sry, can't say that without laughing). Its just a cleavage... a deep one, but just a cleavage. i mean... c'mon... realy? I could understand this if there would be "more" to see, but there is non!
On a different note, when can we expect a bodybuilder mod for the dudes? Or one that makes the player character as buff as old timey Arnold Schwarzenegger? That would be enjoyable.
