Bug/Issue Leveling Fishing (Angler Perk) shows wrong numbers on Summary Page

Does learning Angler Perk apply to the fishes that were place in selling bin?

    Windows 10 Pro - Steam Content Build 3949834
    I don't run any mods.

    1. I Place my fishes in the selling bin, and end my day

    2. I level up to fishing level 10 and learn the angler Perk.

    3. The summary page shows that I will get 70k gold, but if you tab into the fishing tab, it shows that I'm suppose to get 80,000 gold ++.

    Basically, I'm not sure If angler applies once you level it up then I should of gotten 80k Gold, or it shouldn't apply until the next day. Either way though, the summary page inside the fishing page shows different values then the front page.
