I can't wait to get into the building part myself. I'm hoping to get a whole city going, plenty of structures for NPC's and such, and go from there. Outposts on other planets will be fun too

 

Oh also if permitted, I would like a Bio-Dome planet. Basically get a bunch of materials from different planets and make bio-domes for them on one planet.

 

I would build the Moriya Shrine on top of a big mountain
Another mountain a little away from there, a sunflower garden somewhere in between, a hill with a bunch of flowers, a village, a forest, a bamboo forest.
An underground nuclear reactor with flowing magma and a way to a garden underground by a gigantic ancient mansion and a ruined city, where there's a bridge leading to something that seems like an exit with a lot of cobweb, and the exit exiting out in a hotspring~

I would definitely have HQ be a coruscant lookalike. Large fleet in orbit, all would be well.
