Building/Ship Let's See Your Ship

The stuff for crafting/smelting/ect is scattered around on a bunch of planets that I frequently visit, keeps my ship looking nice and pretty

 

I quite like my Ship. What do you all think?

Haha. I using my ships and bases for Miscellaneous use rather than Utility.

 

I Primarily use my Ship as a home, never really established a "house" on any one planet. I built outposts on planets that I was staying on for long period of time but My ship has all of my possessions on it. I'm also a bit miffed when I see people who have tricked out their Ships as I have yet to "Upgrade" my default ship.

 

My ship is packed! I have 41 containers, all full of junk! I think i could probably make 42 if I moved the forge up one, but I'm not sure!

 

I currently have quite a decorative ship, but I'll probably be changing it soon.
Anyone know what background goes good with an avian ship? I tried temple blocks, but don't like the look...

Something I built for my Avali character...

Automated aeroponics farm, workshop, lots of storage. Deco-wise, living quarters for pack and alpha.



Oh, and here's the first ship I ever made. It was for a Novakid character and I wanted a ram prow like their locomotive custom race ship.

 

Reminds me of the imperium vessels from WH40k

 

I used to play that all the time...must have been subconscious.

 

I now feel inadequate in comparison to other ships in this thread.

I had alot of Diamond ore to convert

 

My ship here. It comes with Hydroponic Garden, Arboretum, Mess Hall, Captains Quarter, Crew Quarter, Machine Room, Main Gun Control, Bridge, Arrest Cell, Museum of Stolen Art, Transporter Room und Crafting Station. It has 2 powerfull thrusters and a powerful front mounted Ion Cannon as Main Weapon. Its not finished yet, lower deck is still in planning, some cosmetics are missing. Design is rather simple.....mhh

Made this awhile ago. Finally decided to piece together screenshots of it.

I'm not entirely happy with this for 2 reasons: It lags, and it's a pain in the butt getting from point A to point B. The fuel loader and pilot seat are on opposite sides of the ship, and that conference/briefing room before the bridge is a hassle to get through.

Furry dummy probably keep flight manuals in the bridge bookcase.

When the lag gets fixed, I'll need a multilayer crew to run it.

 

I went for efficient yet homey.
