I try to make it functional AND good looking. I'm on vacation now and all I have is my iPad but I'll post my screenshots when I get home!
Well since the wipe it was time to start collecting furnishings all over again. This time my Floran (MushMouth) came across a Glitch castle and proceeded to take anything and everything that wasn't nailed to the floor. A bit crowded at the moment but I'll be refining it now that the final wipe for characters and ships is over. Just the area of the ship that I've been filling up with the loot of her adventures.
Looks very cozy. Man, i definately should stop messing around with all the mods and actually get back to play the game, meaning exploring (finding dungeons) and stea... uhm obtain some nice decor for ma little vessel...
I just downloaded a ship mod today, so still working on this. It's a bit boxy at the mo... And I can#t get trees to grow in the middle. The saplings start cracking the glass, but then just disappear... Any ideas?
Depending on which tree you want to plant, it might be possible that the available space arround isnt big enough and you definately have to remove that light on the wall (that single one in the middle). Also you might need to remove the glass roof until the tree is grown.
That looks pretty cool, well designed, and functional. Which mod do you use? I'd bet your ship is very self-sufficient. I really like what you've done with all that space!
I am currently using the Mass Effect Edition mod. With some additional Furniture I felt needed. -To note, I got a Skull mask on my toon
I'll play around with it thanks. Just had a thought though, in Terraria trees wouldn't grow if they had any blocks behind them I think? It it the same in Starbound? I looked through the Wiki but couldn't find actual growing condtitions for trees, except that you have to be off screen.
Here my ship ! Glitch influence ? Sure. Maybe I'm not so floran... I've my bedroom, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, work place, storeroom ! Everything to live well...
Here's my ship, currently in progress. Skeleton is done but still need to add a ton of detail. Hope you like it! Also, any name suggestions for it would be greatly appreciated. ^-^
Three other incarnations of my ship. The first one was my first real attempt at designing a ship. The last one was designed around the idea of a stage musician hosting events on-board their nomadic ship.
