Let's go a few years post-release...

Discuss possible stuff that people could say in game after the game is released.
Here's a bit of mine.
"I'll trade my laser sniper with a scatter shoot mod for your assault with explosive bullets!"
"Looking for people to go to an adventure with! Meet at co-ords "1337-9001-DERP"!"
"Man, that mining spree was way too good, 5 stacks of [INSERT VALUABLE ORE HERE]!"
"Guys, where to look for the crown penguin?"

 

"Wheres the nearest cat shop"
"I need to expand my spaceship. It has around 100 cats walking around"
"AH! They are breeding like rabbits!"
"Crashing in to an unknown planet due to weight!"

At least that's what I wanna see.

What servers would have people that not only spell most words correctly, but throw in capitalization and punctuation?!

I always do that, no matter where in the internet I am, unless im joking about people who don't.

A popular server, several planets, and a time lapse showing all of the planets, at once, progressing through the course of a year.

So basically, the first planet's timelapse starts at day 1. Day 4, (Which is only like a minute in) a new planet is discovered. From Day 4 and on, that planet appears on the screen in the timelapse. Think picture in picture, with each picture representing the highlights of a planet's timelapse. Or the "Main cities."

At day 10, another planet. Then at 30. Another.

Of course, that's ridiculously wishful thinking.

I'd settle for something like "A screenshot every 6-12 hours over the course of a year, of all planets on the server."

A massive community project. Yes.

Also, I can see PVP servers having teams kidnap each other's NPCs, and attempt a standoff in which they trade the prisoners back.

 

I remember a massive community project planned for Terraria, didn't really pan out well. It was the Community Castle Creation Project or something, didn't last long.
