Left-handed support

C'mon, guys. Remappable keys, please? Let's not shut out 10% of the potential playerbase.

 

I understand setting up a remap would take a bit of work. as a temp fix for this we could have a set of keys on the opposite side of the keyboard as an "always on" left hand option wasd =pl;' maybe?

 

I'd really like some news on the rebind keys issue. Even as a righty (lefties should be burned at the stake ) I need some options here.
Frankly, putting the throw away button right next to your move keys is evil to say the least, I cant tell you how many stacks of torches ive lost trying to save myself in a pinch.
Customisable keys is something we've been able to do in games for a while now, and I for one would rather see key binds added then anymore balances (plus I cant play with my lefty wife and i'm getting close to being divorced if I spend one more day in the corner with my new mistress)

Please devs, save my marriage with changeable keys

 

Nice to see I'm not the only one. Granted, I suspect your upcoming divorce may have more to do with stake-burning attempts, but eh... six 'o one...

Tiy is working on this right now. Don't have a link but saw a picture of a key mapping menu posted in another thread earlier. I'd expect this in an upcoming patch for sure

I can't wait to see that function in the game. I hope it's for the next patch, because for this moment I can't play, sadly.

 

Only be worried if it gives you any kind of ores.

 

What are you talking about with your woods and your ores?

 

I want to be able to play, but I can't for this moment, because I'm not used to use WASD. It's the only thing I ask for the moment.
