Bug/Issue Leah is not single?

I recently got Leah to 10 hearts, but I still haven't received the letter in the mail saying bouquets are available. I checked the Social tab in the menu, and it shows Leah is not single. I can post a screen shot once I get on my pc (posting from mobile).

Do you have the option to buy the bouquet for abigail since she has eight hearts, but give it to sam? I was just in the process of getting to eight hearts with abigail myself to see if it works.

 

Anyone know Where I can buy bouquet ?

I don't know why my images are not display properly

 

I just level abigail to 8 heart, in order to buy the bouquet. Sam becomes an normal NPC, and can't date.

 

When you first level someone to 8 heart, pierre wrote you a letter. Speak to him in front of cashier and find 200g one in the list.
