LAN joining failed.

    Hello, i am currently deployed but me and another guy both have out laptops, Starbound and an ethernet cord. Once I run the dedicated server, i can connect to the server on my PC but not on his. I got my IPv4 adress for my LAN ethernet adapter, but he just cant connect. We are not using a router, just a ethernet cord.

    Any thoughts?

    Make sure your IP addresses set up properly. With only 2 computers directly linked, there is no DHCP service to assign IPs.
