Bug/Issue Lag, poor performance issue on high end computer.

Well, as you can see, the game keeps getting worse every update. The thing is, now to a point where I can't play it anymore. This 1.3.2 screwed it up pretty badly. My specs being those :

AMD HD-Radeon 7950 3Gb GDDR5
Fx-8320 3.5Ghz
8Gb of Ram

And so I heard the game has issues with AMD GPU in general but now, we get it all.
Artifacts when in fullscreen mode, no Vsync, bi performance issues and even lag in singleplayer. I mean come on, this is not supposed to be happening.

So that's pretty much it...

Also is there a way to know if the devs are still working on the game? Because, they did not put out any dev blog since a long time.

EDIT: I've found a way to fix most those problems. Idk how but it worked finally.

My last complain with the game as of today is that monsters and item picking are making the game lagging a lot. Anyone knows a way of fixing this issue?
