Race Lacizta Lizard Race

The Lizard Race (Lacizta/Other Name) is a tropical race living on a planet filled with water. They are very religious like the Avian but do progress in technology. There progression is slow but it does work. They are enemies to the Avian.

Storyline - They decided to explore their fast ocean. Seeing the Hylotl living there they decided to fight for their planet. After the Lacizta won the war they were very injured injured. The scientist finished a spaceship to go around in space finally although they have barely fueled it yet. The Massive volcano on the planet erupted leaving the injured Lacizta dead. Running for help the player steals the spaceship to go in space to avoid the eruption. As the planet was no longer the player travels to find a new planet. The spaceship runs out of fuel in orbit of an unknown planet. There he /her searches for fuel and starts the journey.

Armor-Tropical masks and things in that nature.

Ship- Very tropical brightly colors.

Any ideas? Also I know Salamindis is a horrible name but I am all about horrible names I cant make good ones

 

The medieval theme is a bit too close to the glitch. Also if they are lizards why name them after salamanders?Lizards and salamanders aren't the same thing. Maybe a variation of an species of lizards for the name, Latin words work well too.

I like the idea of a lizard race addition, but I think they should be from a desert planet. They could be called Heloderms and based off of Gila Monsters.

There are many desert reptillians but also some tropical ones I have owned both types

 

To close to the desert avians plus there are MANY tropical lizards as we'll I thought of desert but decided on tropical

 

Avians are more jungle-based if you ask me, since they're based on Aztecs.

make them bearded dragons , then make them alstrailians , or make them geckos/iguana type lizards and make them pirates (which is a great idea and is probaly your best bet if you wan them to be added to the game).

make them live in somewhat traopical areas but see if they could be space pirates ,

also the avians are based of the Egyptians , not the Aztecs sadly.
