L.O.C.U.S.T. will be held as a democracy, with members of 'The Council' holding up topics for voting on. The majority wins, unless the idea is deemed to be too irrational or dangerous. Which won't happen often, because firstly, for it to be deemed 'Too Irrational or Dangerous', a council member must first bring up the topic of it being 'TID' to The Council. As of right now, the two members of The Council are me and TwinkleToes. Second of all, after a council member decrees it TID, the council members will vote, and the majority wins. Anyways, L.O.C.U.S.T. is an organization devoted to keeping our universe threat-and-terrorist-free. So, if you notice anything terrorist-y in the Corporations, post it here, then, a council member will review it and The Council will decide if L.O.C.U.S.T. should intervene. Basically, every decision made in L.O.C.U.S.T. is decided by voting, to keep things fair. Also, the council members DO get to vote on topics, however, a vote by a council member DOES NOT count for any more than a vote from a member. I will mobilize my ray, put all starfighters and starships in a spearhead. then when the ships come, scatter to the sides and let my ray do the work. all the while you are pouring as much fire as you can to their engines.
My mini-fleet will launch a few nuclear warheads to scatter them, if that happens, before the initial battle.
