Koichi doesn't show up!

Hello guys!

A long time ago I was playing with a friend on a rented server and we did some Story. We got the second artifact and after that we didn't play anymore. A few days ago we started playing again and wanted to do the story. We already did the /setuniverseflag command to get everything back. Volo the Floran spawned but Koichi did not, so we did the command again and again. After some trys we gave up and did the Quest again but he was still not there. But we need him for the museum quest.

Can anyone help me with the problem?

Koichi spawns past Esther so... have you checked there?

 

Why does he spawn there?! The last time he spawned where Volo is. But now I know where he is, thank you
