Not sure if this is the right place to inquire about this, but I don't seem to be able to plant the luminevine seeds. Not sure if I'm just not planting it on the right blocks, or if it's something else.

 

Growing upward against gravity is so mainstream. Lumivine plants grow from the bottom of tilled blocks.

I found a Kineptic settlement! I'm so pleased with it! It looks so fluffy and comfortable and yet also has that awesome monolithic theme fitting the magitech look they sport! The only downside is I didn't get to see the NPC text, I'm avoiding poking townie NPCs cus of my weird NPC bug.

 

May I add this mod to a modpack for my server?

I've noticed something odd. Whenever I play as a Kineptic race, when approaching Apex guards, they seem to die rather than speak. (IE, I pull out any weapon in a settlement that would normally cause guards to tell me to put it away, but instead, they all just insta-die)

 

I don't know what would be causing that. Did you check the logs to see if you could glean anything from them? I don't think it'd have anything to do with the dialog. If that's messed up, they just don't say anything--not explode. Maybe they're allergic to cats.

 

How is updating going?
PS I just realized the that "cat" on this mod's picture looks quite derpy, and now even sprites appears a bit derpish to me... I wish to unsee it

Sorry my drawing doesn't quite meet your standards. It certainly doesn't meet my own, but I have to work with what skill I currently have. Or had, in the case of when that was drawn.

 

I downloaded this mod recently, along with many others, and noticed the guards magically disappearing whenever i enter a town. I think that your mod is missing a 'guard.config' file in the dialog folder. Otherwise awesome mod

 

Ya, I noticed that. I just replaced and modded the Avali guard.config and it seemed to work

Might sound silly but how does one get properly started in the 'magic' part of this mod? As in higher tier weapons and such.

I'm guessing I need to get Healing Water from somewhere, but I don't know where to go!
