Does anyone know which file holds the values for the Joja Community Development Form? I'm not seeing anything in Bundles.xnb, nor anything else in the Data folder, although I'm certain I've missed it. I'm working on significantly (exorbitantly?) increasing the amounts of materials for bundles to keep the player engaged through the first two years, but I would like the Joja route to be equally as...formidable. Thank you in advance for any help!
Those aren't defined in the data files; they are hardcoded in the executable. You'd need to patch StardewValley.Menus.JojaCDMenu.getPriceFromButtonNumber() with a SMAPI mod.
