It's ok, I fixed a mistake with the Divern picture

I quite like the segmented wings though, it reminds me of those Sea Dragon seahorses.

Just one thing that keeps bothering me with that screen shot. It's raining under water. How does that even?

 

I laughed so hard when I saw the Chuckleanglerfish and the deepsea Po.

 

That made me notice it too! It doesn't make sense haha, wtf?

 

I don't think it's rain, I could be wrong. I just assumed it was 8bit light shafts or something to break up the constant blue. I also wonder if the player is moving up or down, creating a slip effect.

(Or yeah, could just be lazy rain)

 

Often in games water has little particles floating around to make it different from the surface and give an effect that this is fluid. Also in rivers, lakes seas we have to keep in mind that not only fish live there, but also smaller plankton.

I have no idea if this is what they were going for, but...[IDEA] it would be a nice addition to have small pixels floating to give that fluid illusion.

That's basically what I assumed them to be, if anything to avoid giving ammunition to the detractors.

 

The short "i" sound is also correct. So you're not wrong. (See: Wyrm).

 

Several sources linked to by a number of members showed that, in the case of wyvern, that isn't correct. I didn't exactly scour the internet to see if anything said otherwise, but the several sources I saw all said that it is "waɪvɚn" is correct and that "wɪvɚn" is incorrect.
