It's absurd what you can get use to...

Idk, I never died to birds once in that patch while starting a few new characters through tier 1.

 

You know, There was a point in frustrated koala where I was genuinely entertained by the birds.

A giant legendary (Blood vomiting, Bomb blasting rock shooting) pterodactyl like bird invaded an apex town. It was needless to say, Unstoppable. The guards rarely had guns and the general populace took off running and screaming, Yelling at the bird for killing their friends.

The bombs exploded, The people died and I was trapped in a house. Eventually when the giant godzilla-bird left, I left the house and looked around. All I could find were grapes, Pixels, And the blades of the fallen guards.

So I looted the place and left.

 

They need to make the end game boss a small unassuming bird that wrecks you like that did in the last patch

 

I miss the birds. Hopefully we will have difficulty levels to choose from at character creation some time in the future. I'm not always for hard games, but I was getting pretty good at returning some ass kickings back to the birds. Started a new char today to test the new settings, got attacked by a bird, but he flew off before I could deliver any lovin' with my 2H axe. Bah! Bring on the birds!!!

 

Except for the bird acid. They are quite fond of the bird acid.
