I found a Prismatic Shard in the quarry and on my way home it disappeared out of my inventory. I thought maybe I didn't pick it up, but it wasn't on the ground in the quarry. My friend said you can also get it in the bottom of the mines but I never found it in there either :/ Any suggestions or ideas?
there are tools on the internet available you could use to manually add the missing item to your inventory. Also, the Skull Cavern is the place where I've found all of my prismatic shards, 3 so far.
