Item Log Bug?

    I'm not sure why, but when I get an item in the game, it doesn't show up in my item log. Is this a bug, or am I just doing this incorrectly?

      Some other people have been getting similar bugs.
      • Single player or co-op?
      • Have you extracted the game out of its .zip file?
      • Does it disappear when you log out, or you never get it at all?
      • Do you go back to the menu after you die, or through ESC?
