    Outdated!
    Moin,
it took some time to gather the IDs. I'm not sure if it's helpful but here it is.
    http://www.mediafire.com/download/35e8dh023g9ffsf/IDList.txt
    http://www.mediafire.com/download/y2khl0uxqallb77/IDList.xlsx
There might be some items missing e.g. swords/boots/hats
(If somebody has a better way to view/sort it pm me(no link/ manually sortable))
Adding an item to your inventory(BACKUP YOUR SAVES Appdata/Roaming/StardewValley/Saves)
To add an item you have to write "player_additem <item_id> <quantity> <quality>" into the console.
(the console should automatically open when you start SW through SMAPI, which can be found here http://community.playstarbound.com/threads/stardew-modding-api-0-37.108375/)
Example "player_additem 718 5 1" adds 5 cockles with a silver star to your inventory
Quality : 0-2, higher than 2 is possible but not recommended(might be buggy)
I don't recommend cheating rings since it always crashs.
Useful for adding items without waiting for the right season.
    CTRL+F to search.

Edit: Will further expand this by trying to add more commands and pics... next week.. have exams:nurutease:

Make sure you have installed TrainerMod.dll. It comes with the SMAPI download.

Well i guess i have to be stupid. I keverthing (smapi twice) i place the trainermod.dll in appdata\roaming and steam\common etc. Still got "unknown command"

                        Mh try this:
just copy all 4 files from SMAPI (Mods;StardewModdingAPI.exe;steam_appid.txt;Use.txt) into your Stardew Valley game destination where the .exe is. TrainerMod.dll(It contains the command) should be in your Mods folder. It has to be there. It won't work otherwise. Start SW through the ..API.exe and load your game and then use the command!
If there is something wrong PM me a pic and I will look how I can help you

It took me a while to figure this out, but I feel pretty stupid now that I have. ^^; For those with questions about the console: When SMAPI is properly installed, opening the StardewModdingAPI.exe file will bring up both the game and a separate command prompt-esque window with a black background. This is the console in which you should enter the code. Dumbly enough, I was only looking for an in-game console to put in the code (a la Sims cheat console), so I didn't even consider that the little window did anything. (In fact, I didn't even noticed it stayed open during gameplay.) TrainerMod.dll does have to be placed in your Mods folder for it to work properly.

I tryed to use the cmd like console. No use. I installed everything properly.

You can get all the other ID by downloading the Save Editor tools, there is a folder called ItemsXML in there that contain all the items ID
