Item counter

    Hi, i've been playing risk of rain with friends a few times but each time we make a run, we're not able to count how many items we have. When repeating again and again levels to get even more items, we just don't see anymore theses items and so we can't count how many do we have.

    If it's not too hard to implement, I think a item counter displayed on the hud could be nice.
