I'd be interested to know what your source is for the bolded...

From what I've seen, "crashes everywhere" and "tons of bugs" is a stretch. I also don't know where "only level 1 planets" and "procedural generator isn't complete" is coming from. I know that the live streams are only level 1, but it could be that he hasn't enabled higher level planets. Also while the procedural generator isn't probably "done", it looks pretty close to me.. probably just needs some tuning.

From what I've seen, combat has improved a lot between the last two Live Streams, and appears to be nearly completion. I think he's right that the storyline is the main thing that is still in progress. Everything else seems to be debugging and fine-tuning, as evidenced by the fact that Tiy confirmed the game is in a Private Beta.

 

In livestream, Legris crashed like twice.
There was many bugs in the two livestreams we saw.
Well, that may be true.
It doesnt look complete for me, Tiy said it only generated 4 Legged Creatures.

And combat...
Meele weapons still arent working correctly (Said by Tiy on irc)
Mods (Modifications of weapons) arent implemented yet.
And a few other things i dont remember of.

 

pfffft, child's play.

Try waiting 12 years for Diablo 3 ... only to have it be a crappy game.
