   Mordred13 Void-Bound Voyager

   After completing the game once, I made a new character. When I went to the Outpost to learn the techs with the new character, none of the techs were available, and there were no missions to gain them. Does anyone know of a way to fix this?

   Nevermind. I deleted my old character and after that the techs worked just fine.
