Bug/Issue Issue with colony deeds

Hello,

I'm creating a big building and i want to put people in it.

But I can't validate the colony deed.
I have already used it with success and created some little home for tenants.

This I miss something to validate the colony deed and I can't find what.

Here is a picture of the home.

As you can see even if the building is big, the floor is closed.
I have light and doors.

What did I miss ?

Yes I have closed everything, i have closed before addind stuff.
I have even checked bricks behind bricks, is it usefull btw ?

Try different blocks, maybe?

I miss a wooden windows.
And i think wooden bridge isn't taken i replace it by timber.

I did another test.
Wooden bridge isn't taken as wall.
I liked the style of them.
