Is there hope for ship expansion?

    I know the ship is meant as a travel tool but I love the thought of having a giant space ship to fly around. Plus the added room and customization would be really cool. It would give people the option to either live on planets or in space. (Sidenote I love this game)

    I could be wrong, but the last quest before fighting the first boss implies that upon beating him that you could find a larger ship. Its not implemented now, only implied.
