Is there an Official Starbound Steam Group?

    Just wanted to ask here, there are a lot of groups formed on Steam already with Starbound in the name.

    Copy/paste of my post from this thread asking this same question last week..

    There is an unofficial steam group already, it's got a lot of members and is moderated by the devs.

    Apparently the way things work is this; when a game is published to Steam the developers get control of an 'official steam group' tied to the game. So the 'Official' group can't be made until the game is on steam, not sure if that means beta or full release. Either way, it's coming, just not for a little bit.

    Funny thing is the official group was already created, you were able to join it for one day way back but it is now hidden. If you are a member you can see it in your list of groups but it is hidden from your profile and trying to visit it's page just gives an error.

    139 members managed to join while it was open by mistake. I'm lucky enough to be one of them I guess.

    If you managed to join come talk in the super secret group chat :D
