Is there a wait to cheat my ship to tier 8?

    I have four files because I like customizing my characters and giving them themes. The unfortunate thing is that I have to deal with upgrading my ships in EVERY file. Is there anyway to cheat my way up? (Even if it's by some means of dirty-modding)
