Is there a goal for when 1.4 gets released?

As most of us know, it has been awhile since the last update and as a member of this community I care for the games development. I was wondering if any members at Chucklefish have any plans for when 1.4 might get released. if you don't know when that would be could you at least consider being more vocal with the community with the progress that the development is in? Any response would be appreciated. Thanks.
