Is it possible to make a moon base?

I was traveling on a moon looking for erchius, and I thought it'd be a great idea to make a base on the moon. I want to know, is it possible to do this, or is there a mod for it?

 

Try some mods that allow to change gravity in certain areas.

 

If you build a moon base, do those Erchius creatures only attack you if you go underground? Otherwise, is there a way to make them go away?

 

Don't carry fuel or use mods.

 

Or be like me and get a mod the removes the erchius ghost.

Could there be device, or mod, that creates an oxygen bubble for colonists?

 

Terraforming moons gets rid of erchius ghosts permanantly. Granted, you need a metric crapton of essence to terraform it enough.

Terraform until the planet background changes. You'll know when you've done it enough.

 

Also, watch out for meteors! May wanna build your place deep underground.

But as long as you don't pick up any Erchius, you won't see the ghost.
