Is Impervium worth it?

Personally the reason I went Impervium was that I really believe these indie developed titles are the future of gaming, and this game appears to be a shining example of the kind of fun, sandbox games that shine like a beacon of hope in a sea of movies-as-games overly cinematic titles where you spend more time watching cutscenes and than playing.

I think this game is one of those that show where games can go. Why do we need ultra detailed stories and linear play? How about games where there's building/destruction or exploring/settling. A lot us can't explore IRL, whether it's the ocean, the land or the stars. That's one of my favorite things about this.

I'd donate more if I could, but I'm buying copies for select people. Least I can do.

 

I don't know why you're asking if it's 'worth it,' because it's a donation with them giving a little back for the amount of money you put in for the game. I would give them 2,000+ for this game if I actually had the money to do so. I wouldn't do it for the 'benefits.' That's an added bonus to helping out a very good game!

 

You would totally want the statue, admit it.

 

I would say getting the Platinum Tier or the Solarium Tier is a much better deal imo, but it's a good way to show support to the Devs.
Unless you want people to pray or sacrifice animals to your statues.

 

Yes I know, as I said in a earlier post $2,000 isn't something I can get easily. That is why I am having second thought's and asking for opinion's.

Honestly, I don't have a lot of money. It's hard to come by. I barely make it. I've been saving up for Starbound since last year. I've only spent $45 for a 4 pack so far. Perhaps buying games for other people will help in a different way.

I should give away two Solarium's, or maybe the Impervium. Joking, that would be a stupid move, why would I give one copy away when I can give 100's.
