Invulnerability when teleporting/respawning

    I beamed down to a planet and found a miniboss right near the spawn point, and the beastie was able to hit me mid-teleport before I was able to control my character.

    On a different planet I was killed underground while, apparently, acid rain was falling on the surface. During the respawn animation I heard the sound effect for my character getting hit, and assumed that the audio glitched, but apparently the acid rain was proceeding to take about a 1/4 of my health away while I waited to regain controls.

    Adding a couple of seconds of invulnerability in both cases would be nice.

    yeah that would be nice but not one of the bigger problems

    They also need to make it so you spawn back in your ship on death more consistently. Don't know what happened with that mechanic.

    Half the time i spawn on the planet.

    Maybe they could include that in the "ship improvements" feautre. You know, like an upgrade to the teleportation device as part of the ship

    Yeah they should add a load of upgrades that you unlock along the way
