Ok you yes you! you have gotten so annoyed by not being able to find stuff in your inventory right? yes of course. So that's why I think we should have items that Sort our inventories for us! Like then we would have specific rows for specific things and such and also they could stop us from picking up stuff we dont need like there could be a sort list for what you will pick up and what you want Thank you for taking the time to read this
This idea could be great! As I read your post, I'm thinking about this : you want to have an inventor like an elder scrolls one where the items are sorted by types (armor, weapons, potions, ...)
i always manually sort my ores to the bottom of my inventory from copper to titanium and have food/stims on the right side on two little rows. if i have an even number of ores i leave two ores unrefined so i dont have to sort my inventory all over again. its oddly frustrating and satisfying at the same time to use lots of time fiddling with your inventory. i'd like to be able to designate items to inventory slots freely so i could just sort it once and after that forever just shift click.
Something similar to the Inventory Tweaks mod for Minecraft would be great. Being able to sort the items in your inventory by row, column and category with the click of a button is a huge time saver.
another great time saving idea, there have been many posts with chest sorters but inventory would just be more useful.
