Bug/Issue Introductions not complete after 4 in-game years

SO, i have played this game for a long time, and after 4 in game years, my third save file won't finish the quest "introductions", it's stuck on 27/28 people greeted. I've met everyone, and checked the forums multiple times to see if I missed anyone. Nothing. It's worked fine for my two other saves, but I just finished my 4th year and I've decided to get help. any known fixes?

 

Have you made sure that the greetings happen in normal world, not during an event where time is stopped? Guessing you can also try giving 1 gift to everyone and track your friendships with them, just to note who you've seen before.

 

Resolved, I gave linus a gift and it completed!
