Introducing the Apex

The apex at the bottom is cute.. I originally thought it was a mob but then realised you could customize the apex to look like that. From the old apex photo I was hoping that not all apex would look like ugly gorillas.
Also looks like there's a button that dumps acid on you........

and a ladder on the bottom right I think.

 

So these are the apes we've seen in a bunch of images. The question is... Should I play as these guys, the Avians, or whatever awesome race that comes next?

Right now I'm still gonna stick with humans, if I had to choose between Apex and Avians I'd go with Avians.

I'll be honest I noticed the robots first... not sure I agree with the lightbulb thing if they are a race.. but hey still love the apes

Portal, planet of the apes, and 1984, three things that somehow go quite nicely together. I like the idea of them devolving into primates for superior intellect and forming a technocratic dystopia ruled by the scientific elite.

 

The backgrounds to the races really add to this, each race is exiting when unveiled.

 

just one catch- there will be rat-potato hybrids in the wilderness of their home-planet.
rat-potato hybrids with a terrible flesh-hunger.
