Instruments

Bart just streamed Starbound, playing Through the Fire and Flames, by DragonForce, and this gave us an opportunity to see some of the instruments that are currently in game (Guitar, Keytar, Trumpet, etc) So, what instruments would you guys like to see ingame?

Personally, I would love to see either a saxophone, or a pair of bongos

 

I would like to see an electric guitar, and possibly something weird like a didgeridoo or something like that.

 

electric guitar, one o' them move thingies that make ambient noises when you get close, an irish tin whistle, flute of some description, drums, piano, orgel (stationary), harmonica, harp (stationary), some sort of chiptune instrument (whatever you play sounds like chiptunes), a kazo, a jew's harp (google it).

 

Saxophone for the win. This is my favorite thing about this game now. I can't tell you how much I love when game designers put music systems in games. most of them aren't nearly as cool as what they are doing here. I would love to see some gamelan instruments.

Pianos, keyboards and theremins.

 

Ocarina, Flute, Violin, Piano

 

I challenge someone to try doing dubstep

 

In theory, if you could find a few .abc files, you could play dubstep on the trumpet

 

All I need are pianos and I'll be set.

...and an MML-to-ABC converter, unless we actually get MML support.

 

Another vote for ocarina, and a cello you have to play sitting.

 

I would play all the awesome Tracks from Ocarina of Time and Majora's Masks

 

Woodwinds! I want a flute.

 

Flute, Piccolo, Oboe, Clarinet, Bassoon, I think I like woodwind instruments. lol.

 

How about a xylophone, glockenspiel and/or timpani (Show the percussion some love )

 

I would like to see these instruments in the game:

• Pan Flute

• Ocarina

• Banjo

 

I want to have a flute in game and this is the tune that i am going to play while i am in a spaceship with some friends of mine:

 

Electric guitar, spanish guitar, giant organ, synthesizer, ukulele, keytar, saxophone, violin, viola, cello, double bass, electric bass, harp, harpsichord, drums, lyra, flute or tupa.

ALL OF THE INSTRUMENTS. Basically the more the better.

 

I need a vibraphone. All the jazz is required.
