Instant Game Freeze

Instant freeze, happens while accessing the community center tree in the start menu. My wife and I loaded her account up today. This was one of unloadable files until the patch release. While playing any time of the day (in game time) pressing the start button, then using the cursor to access the community center tree tab, after entering the menu were you can use the left and right arrows to check the bundles per room it will freeze. We replacaited it three times at different (in game times. Also noticed it only happened using the right arrow to navigate through rooms.

Game Time - It is Fri. 26th of Winter Year 1
System - Xbox One.

I will eventually load my account and see if I can replicate it as well. My load file was not effected by the load and save issue Xbox was having.

Thing I'm asking is there any other information chucklefish management would like to know so they can get this issue resolved. THANKS!

 

I've been having this same issue. > ^ < Instant freeze when accessing the community center tree from the start menu. Dx More specifically, for me, I think it's my Fish Tank tree that's making the game freeze. If I go to the community center, I can look at the Bulletin Board tree just fine, but whenever I try to look at the Fish Tank there's an instant game freeze followed by a crash. > A < (Fish Tank and Bulletin Board are all I have left to complete.) Hopefully this is something that can be fixed...

Edit: Mine was also a file that had been hit with the Loading Glitch. That's probably important to note. xD'

 

Game freezes when I try and access arrowhead artifact in my crate. Xbox One.

 

I was just getting on here to post something as well about my wife's account. It's the same thing that is happening to you try to access the fish tank in the community center to donate and instant freeze. :/

Also wondering how I can get my thread to be labeled as a "Bug/Issue" topic/thread. ?¿

This save file was also affected by loading glitch.
