Info About Whats Left to be Done in the Game Released

I feel the same. I'm hoping for a late June release!
Of course, I'd be happy with getting a release date for my Birthday, too.

 

I usually support keeping everything open to all regions without making conversations region-centric, but in terms of hemispheres you're gonna have to chill just a little.

Although that is a good point you made, and this is why usually in the IRC we refer to quarters of the year instead of seasons. It does help stem confusion.

 

we do have our own book's, tv show's ect. but things like top gear winter happens during our winter because they wait half a year longer before releasing it on tv we haven't even had top gear 2012 cristmas edition yet.
top gear were recently filming here (it was in the new's paper because they closed down a public beach(when i say public i mean our most famous beach(the 90 mile beach(the maori were ).).).) i really want to see that episode but it wont come out here till next year .

Back on topic though. What would be stunning is if that if the first post could be updated now and then (every week, maybe 2)
with a little "Crafting revamping DONE!" just to keep us all watching (and happy).
A better suggestion is if Tiy or someone equally high up creates a stickied thread where they just list the things being worked on. eg:

• Crafting revamping DONE!
• Navigation DONE!
• NPC behavior - Almost Done, adding moody bartenders
• Farming DONE!
• Pets - doing obedience training.
• Vehicles - Adding another 100 mechs

We don't need a full write-up every time on what's outstanding, just a little indication of how it's moving along should be more than enough to keep us entertained. The thread should probably be locked otherwise it'd explode with questions about the release date and "Woot!"s.

Well yes, but I meant that popular forms of media that are played all over the world (e.g. The Simpsons, The Avengers, etc.) use Northern Hemisphere seasons.

I still wish it would have been released earlier. I am used to playing games in their alpha and beta stages so its no problem to me if the game I'm playing needs work. Still, its their game and they can make us wait as long as they want.

I read somewhere that they'll have a main dev team doing large updates (races, pets, special content (rare weapons and dlc) etc.) for the first year and a sub-dev team for a long time after (all post-release).
