Closed Infinity Express won't sell me gas.

I recently launched Starbound after a few months or so of inactivity, and found that all of my quests were reset. Most of them completed as soon as I accepted them, but the quest "Fuel for the Trip"" did not. Also, when I would go to the Outpost, Infinity Express no longer sold me gas, or Erichus Crystals (Though I'm not sure they ever sold me that, I think that's after a quest).

The moons are pretty miserable and lonely, so I prefer selling the ridiculous amount of Pearlpeas I get from my tenants for gas.

Edit: If this did not seem for a plea for help, I am telling you now, yes it is. Please help.

 

I am fully capable of moving about the Solar System, and putting gas in my tank. Maybe this is just part of the update. If so, please tell me and no longer bother yourself with my issues. Thanks!
