Infinite item in mine chest 'bug'

Hey all,

I encountered the following:

I reached level 60 in the mines (yaay me). I discovered a crystal dagger inside the chest. However, when I picked it up, i accidently dropped it outside on the ground (due to full inventory)... when I re-opened the chest, I did found another dagger inside. Dropped it outside. Re-opened the chest and there was yet another dagger. This could be reproduced indefinitely. I had like a dozen crystal daggers lying on the ground. This could be used to get lots of gold in a short amount of time. Now, given this was on level 60, perhaps the other levels also suffer from it.
