So I discovered that you can create as much healing water as you please, provided that you have some to begin with. I don't know if this is news to anyone. I tried looking around, but didn't see anything on it. Here's a video I recorded demonstrating it.
Not the Martinus Transformation (though that still works). Dropping any amount of Water into Healing Water now converts it all into Healing Water. A new change in Pleased Giraffe.

I know that if you have a pool of water and drip poison in it, the whole thing becomes poison, I wonder what would happen if your dripped poison into an ocean
Any time Healing Water and regular Water touch, it will all turn into Healing Water. (just like poison touching water) The only liquid Oil interacts with is Lava. Any time those two touch it will all turn into Lava. Oceans are treated differently. They won't mass convert into poison. Here is an example of somebody testing that: http://imgur.com/a/7q0w5
Would be interesting to see the poison (Or any harmful liquid for that matter) expand a little when interacting the ocean to simulate pollution (Ex. Poison , Oil)
Let the healing water come in contact with any amount of regular water, or vice versa. Do not do it in the ocean, unless if you have a solid background. The way I did it in the video was I had water from the ocean constantly flow in to a hole filled with healing water. I then used the matter manipulator to collect some of the healing water, after which the hole was refilled with regular water. The regular water touched the remaining healing water, and became healing water itself.

Yea, unless a dev moved this (which I doubt).. This is not a bug. This was deliberately changed in the assets. They went in and added this liquid interaction, it's not like it was an oversight or an unintended consequence.
Funny to note, I had this exact interaction in CLeF since v11, which dates February 23. I.e. months before devs implemented it. They have implemented Swamp Water + Water = Swamp Water as well.
Doable, but I think they already spawn in Frackin' Universe. If not, then I'll add them in the meantime.
Only works if you block out the background of the entire ocean, but leave a bit for the water to leak through. Otherwise, the water from the background will simply flow back in.
