    I'd like to introduce...

    Infimats Planet Cracking Inc.;
Planet cracking any planet, any cost.™
    (even life MUAHAHAHA)
So, obviously Infimats is a planet-cracking corporation which stops at nothing to get it's product. It'll be classed as a manufacturing / gathering company.

Infimats is infamous in specifically the beta region of the universe for mass genocide and removing the entirety of the natural life on planets. The company is funded mainly by corrupt nations and countries who want to discreetly gather the necessary materials to keep their citizens happy. Many politicians have been actively trying to remove Infimats from the world by enforcing universal law, but the company spares no expense in silencing these politicians through bribes, extortion, and occasionally, hitmen.

Infimats has a massive fleet of planet-cracking vessels, lead by one main capitol ship. The entire corporation is run by this ship, the exchanges, the accounts, and certainly the decision making. This capitol ship has a very distinct look, known across the universe as one of the most terrifying sights to be seen. Often times, when you see this ship above your planet, you may think it best to leave and get far away before the rest of it's fleet arrives.

The corporations origins spark from early bounty hunters, finding runaways stowing on barren planets. These bounty hunters would then gather their kill, and claim the planets, then sell these planets to cracking companies to do to the work for them. Eventually some of these bounty hunters saw their chance at money and founded Infimats Inc. around 300 years ago.

    >>I'll be adding to this thread as I develop more story, i'm quite surprised how interested I am in this<<

*A mysterious video tablet appears in the Infimats Capitol Ship in a flash of green light. Where (or in this case who) it appeared (in) is best left unsaid. Were one to activate the tablet, a video would start, displaying the logo of the most publicly secretive research corporation, The DunkelBlick Institute. A voice starts speaking.*

"Right, first of all, we love the work your doing. We have even requested your services once or twice under assumed titles. I'm sure the name KcilbLeknud rings a bell.

Anyhow we have ,unfortunately, noticed a severe lack of ambition on your part. Limiting yourself to ONLY planet cracking? For shame Infimats! FOR SHAME.

We here at The DBI have decided to offer Infimats the chance to test a technique that we have developed to extract the cores from suns! Neat huh?

The reason we haven't offered this fabulous opportunity any other planet cracking companies is that they don't have the can-do attitude that Infimats does.
They are usually to concerned with the environmental ramifications of this new technique, such as the minor possibility of creating a TINY black hole.

Now if you accept our proposition, simply press the black button on this tablet and toss it out of the nearest airlock. We will then shortly send the needed experimental tech to you will need to harvest a star.
Tech which will last long enough to harvest a single star and a half.

If you want info on how the harvesting actually works, then press the Ominous green skull and crossbones.

If you wish no part in this, press the green button.

Pressing one of these buttons means that the pressie consents to immediate warp surgery.
So be sure to hand this to someone expendable.

    Ta ta for now!"

A large, ominous man walks out of a darkened room. Immediately after he goes through the doorway, a triple-plated blast door slams shut behind him. Several of the ensigns immediately stand and salute, alerted.

A young man, Private Klushen, a mailboy aboard the PC-1820-U, better known as Deepshark, Infimats' capitol ship, is waiting outside his captain's door. Klushen hands the man a strange glowing tablet.

The man steps from the darkened doorway into the light of the ships' bridge. His name proceeds him. This man is known as Captain Lestari Nyx. A name which literally translates into Eternal Night, however, the residents of this ship simply know him as the President of Infimats. Nyx brutally rips the tablet from Klushen's shaking hands, who then immediately jumps into formation, as the other men. He waits patiently for Nyx's reaction.

Nyx powers on the tablet and The DunkelBlick Institute's logo appears. Nyx feels a sense of intrigue, was somebody attempting to insult him, again? No. The message begins...

Neat huh?
    "

The captain scoffs at the quite brave message, but decides to listen to the entirety of the message.

"The reason we haven't offered this fabulous opportunity any other planet cracking companies is that they don't have the can-do attitude that Infimats does.
They are usually to concerned with the environmental ramifications of this new technique, such as the minor possibility of creating a TINY black hole.

    "
The captain cuts the message short. He quickly presses the black button, and forces the tablet into Klushen's chest. Klushen begins panicking, and quickly makes a dash for the Hangar.

Nyx takes a look through the bridge's windows, and slowly turns to return to his office. As he walks back into the shadows he is seen smiling, grimly.

    >>This is seriously ridiculous amounts of fun. Thank you FearPool.<<

Klushen was just quick enough to chuck the now sparking tablet out of a nearby airlock. He wasn't, however, quick enough to avoid the Surgical robot arms that were coming out of the Warp hole that had suddenly appeared behind him.

Turns out, the tablet was set to create 3 types of dimensional rifts. One for each button.
Pressing the black button activated a timer which created a surgery portal behind whoever was carrying the tablet last before the timer went off, and the sizable one through which The S-mite will arrive.
Pressing the Skull and Crossbones would have created a portal directly over the tablet, sending a nice little diorama detailing the process.
Pressing the Green button would have made a portal, through which a dozen balloons filled with a slurry of anti-matter and stasis fluid, giving the button presser just enough time to regret his decision.

Thankfully, Nyx pressed the black button, which resulted in DunkelBlick receiving a slightly used eyeball, Klushen receiving a neat reason to wear an eye-patch and a
neon green lollipop, and Captain Lestari Nyx of the Deepshark receiving the S-mite.

Whether or not that this is a good thing has yet to be seen.

The S-mite Is a strange vehicle no matter how you look at it. No seams to speak of, making it look carved from a block of metal.
But that's preposterous right? Almost as preposterous as the inside of the S-mite. Coming through the bulbous side entrance you are greeted by the looming pipes and over-sized containers secured to the ceiling. The inner walls are plastered with stenciled instructions as to what each bizarre item is, and how it should be used. Unfortunately, the stencils that were used look like they were made by rabid hyperactive emus, and whatever discernible instruction there is, is vague at best.

The only way you are getting anyone on this mysterious death trap is that they are crazy, or that they are aware of what will happen to them if they don't ride on it.

Klushen opens his ships' comm and requests a call to the Captain's Office.

    **BZZZZZZT..........BZZZZZZT..........BZZZZ--**

"WHAT DO YOU WANT, KLUSHEN?!" The comm roars back at Klushen. A short bit of interference, then the call is clear.

"Sir. Your new t-toy has arrived." A cautious Klushen replies.

    "...And?"

"It's fairly large, sir. I don't think it'll fit into the cargo elevator. It's labeled DBI, just like that tablet."

"How is this possible?" He asks himself, "That tablet was here not 24 hours ago." Nyx looks back to the comm, "Ugh... Klushen... Figure it out." pinches the bridge of his nose as he closes the comm.

Klushen takes a step back from this massive package. It's size is overwhelming. Even within the main hangar of the Deepshark, this box is larger than most, if not all of the ships on board. Klushen hears some commotion and turns; It's one of the fighter crews, laughing at Klushen's delinquency.

One of the other Mailboys shows up. Private
Davelsmith arrives to give a hand with the massive package.

"Klushen, what are you doing staring at this box...?" He says.

"Captain said to 'Figure it out...'" he says, mocking the Captain's tone, "I have no clue."

"So you stare at it?" Davelsmith groans and moves to the workbench. He grabs a large tool, somewhat like a crowbar. Walking calmly towards the box he says "This is how it's done, Klushen." Without hesitation he thrusts the end of the tool into the edge of the box, and tries to wedge it open. Upon opening one side of this massive box, his mouth widens, but he is speechless.

    "W-what... Is-is that?" Asks Klushen.

"I... I just don't know." Davelsmith says, shaking his head.

Suddenly, the object starts shaking. It plays some ominous, roaring notes. The ship loses power and engages in a lock-down. When the power returns, the main lights remain off, and the bright red emergency lights brighten the hangar.

    >>I'll add more to this in the morning. I'm exhausted!<<

    Incoming Tachyon signal:

    "Dear Infimats Planet Cracking Inc,

We from Omegacorp are here to hire your service, we found a very rich planet in sector X ready to be cracked, we want to claim 100% of the Iridium and the stabilized E118 . The planet is full of dangerous wildlife but we are ready to dispatch a whole batallion to gurant your protection, we need the iridium and E118 for our newest developements in armor and shielding. Break down the planet into its chemical elements and deliver us E77 Iridium and E118 immediatly. Payment will be very high, not going to publish the payment but it will be more then satisfying for you. If you agree then let us know, if you want to negotiate then do. If you disagree however we will find people willing to help us in the mining operation. Need more information about the planet? We provide. Hopefully you agree since you dont give 2 pixels on any lifeform on a planet you crack as we have heard and these people we need currently very urgent. So would you be so kind to join our operation? You may keep 50%-70% of all other elements and chemical substances besides E77 and E118. So go and break down the planet into its elements. Or simply bring us the ores and we do the rest and refine them.

The time is 08:34 AM. Aboard the Deepshark many of the workers are just beginning their shifts. This applies to the young account manager, 04-325, a quiet, self-centered Glitch.

Every morning at this time exactly, 04-325 opens his comm and looks at his messages. It's a never ending ritual for him, particularly because he's a machine.

There was no difference today. 04-325 opened his comm and ignored all the spam for Starcup Cafe's new moondust lattes and mocha cappafrappachinos. He was surprised to see Omegacorp's message. Omegacorp was a huge client for one of Infimat's many business rivals. Scoring this deal would mean 04-325 could finally advance from this ritual he's been stuck in for 15 years. He needed this contract, maybe he could finally move up to the Hangar and be a piloting Glitch, like his brothers and sisters from the production line.

He started the reply quickly, ambitiously, and most of all, cautiously. He didn't want to lose this contract, he absolutely needed it.

The final draft of his reply was as follows :

"Good Morning, Omegacorp Resource Acquirement Division,

I am Account Manager 04-325, automated accountant droid. I'd like to start by saying how much we value your business. I was surprised to see your offer in my mailbox this morning. Your request for planet-cracking on the target planet in Sector X has been approved. Infimats will proudly acquire those resources necessary (E118 and E77.) Infimats has sent drones to the sector and are awaiting exact coordinates to set course to the planet in question and scout out the veins. The process will begin the moment you reply to this comm message and provide us these coordinates. And in 3-4 intergalactic star days your planet will be cracked, mined, and burnt to a fine crisp. I am aware you have no disregard for the life aboard this planet, and we share this same attitude. The natives will be served as dinner for our crew, and their houses will be stripped of valuables. The animals will be sold to the black market for their furs, delicate meats, and of course, their superior brains.

Our dearest, beloved Captain Nyx has specifically requested we keep 90% of all other elements, in exchange for a faster planet-cracking experience, as well as a more final judgement on that planet (as mentioned before, so you receive no negative PR.) We will not charge you for any fuel, however you will be charged on labor costs. You will be also charged a "security tax," this means, simply put, we will keep our mouths shut, and take all the blame for this planet. Should you choose to deny this service, we will still crack the planet for you, but you will receive the blame for the "oh so tragic loss of life." (As according to Policy Pt.4. Line 203612)

I do so hope you will answer with haste, and with an agreement on price.

    Your beloved robot, 04-325."

Incoming tachyon signal from the Omegacorp Ressource Acquirement Division

"Copied that. You may keep 90% of all other elements on the planet, we need the Iridium and E118 earlier then expected since we have already 10 big orders for our new armor platings and energy shields. Any labor costs you need will be provided, aswell as your "security tax", the life on this planet is hostile so wipe it out with all force. As we want you to work as fast as you need we will deploy an modified Ebola Strain on the planet lethal to all sentinent life excluding those using a nanite injection to avoid infection. Means either your biological workers have to wear hazmats or simply get an injection. The injection protects them for 24 hours. If you have other suggesting for a fast progressing let us know, we need the material ASAP and want you to start ASAP. First funds transferred. Waiting for minerals. Coordinates are included in the file we send in the transmission, decryption code aswell as we do not want other companies to find this planet before its completly broken down"
