Next I've already had backed up my player and universe data. Secondly I've verified the integrity of the game's cache via STEAM and have already re-installed once with the same effect. Lastly the 2nd re-install is from a clean slate worked fine till i migrated the data back in and received the SAME error for both client and server

seems that it's either the Quest DB file or the planetseed DB file
