Server Help Inconsistent Asset Digest, Identical Mods (Dedicated Server vs Players Client)

    I'm trying to host a modded starbound server using mods from the steam workshop, I'm hosting the server on a ubuntu system, and managed to get 17 mods to work with disallow asset mismatching on, but the moment I add any more, the asset digest never matches.
    It seems like when I add any more, the server and the clients begin loading the mods in different orders. How can I fix that?
