read the title and the OP and didn't see anything about requests closed so hoping you're cool with me making a request I would like a sprite version of my avatar. I will add details and pictures to help show what I specifically want here is the handsome little devil. and here are some details about him: 1. he's a shadow creature so his skin is pitchblack (or as close to black as you can) 2. his top hat is dark brown with a wing on the left side and some red plaid patches. 3. his eyes and insides (as you can see with his open smile) is all white because he houses light within himself. 4. he has a ruffled neck piece as you can see it's very decorative 5. he is wearing a detective's trenchcoat that is dark brown like his top hat, with a white button up shirt and a nice tie. 6. his "hair" is not really hair it's really just a bunch of tendrils (tentacles without the suckers). just added this so people don't think he has dreadlocks or anything of the sort. 7. he has a dark purple pinstripe dress pants with a belt and nice dress shoes. a little backstory and details to help you even more are as follows: this is my character Shadowcrazy, also known as the Shadow Hatter. he is my creation inspired from the mad hatter in "Alice in Wonderland". Shadow Hatter is an insane shadow creature with shape shifting capabilities and ALWAYS has that same smile on his face (this detail I would appreciate so much if you kept...I love how his face looks with smile and everything so if possible please make it as close to the reference pics as possible). he is a very well dressed person who loves his top hat and loves to stay in style. he is a very mysterious character in that nobody ever knows his true intentions when he does the things he does. please be sure to try to replicate the smile as much as possible. and the top hat as detailed as you can as well if you need any more information to help you let me know.
Sadly I don't think there is a full body image of them since I had to scan them from a comic. I'll take a look at it again and see if there isn't a fully body image of one. I rechecked to see if there was a fullbody image of one and there wasn't best there was was the top of the waist and hips. THo I would like to see how you would be creative in designing the legs with out a reference.
a better question is why do you care? does it affect you in any way? does it offend you? I request the same thing because I request it from DIFFERENT ARTISTS which means DIFFERENT ART STYLES and DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES. if you were to see the gallery of images almost 75% of them look similar while the rest have the artists changing colors and such. I don't end up with the exact same thing every single time nor do I want the EXACT same thing every time I just want art of my character. so again with my question since yours was answered. why do you care?
Wow, chill ... It might affect him in one way: if you are asking art in EVERY thread, if would mean the rest (who only asks, say, one piece of art) will have to wait longer for theirs ... thus I think his question legit. Now, I also accept your answer to him. Seeking to collect beautiful art is a noble pursuit. There's no need to be hostile towards each other. We're all friends here, right?
