I'm stuck on boss fights...

It could just be because I'm terrible at video games or something but I keep getting stuck on the bosses. Right now I'm stuck on the packman like boss (the snake with a packman head). Anyone have any strategies for fighting this boss?

Have you figured out that he likes to eat those bombs that drop?

I did but when I threw the bombs he'd just come and attack me and then eat the bomb. I might just be bad at the game

It's not just you. Someone trying out the zero-heart challenge has also pointed out it's difficult to anticipate pacsnake's movements.

Let me know what you think of this slightly modified boss fight: http://gfycat.com/AnimatedTangibleIchthyostega

The apple-cherries on the floor show where he's headed next.

That looks like it's gonna be hard based on the gif form. Welp, at least the game is true to it's heritage of being challenging, and worms *coughMoldormcough* have always been tough in 2d for me.

EDIT: eh, it wasn't too bad, that cherry where it's going helped a lot.

Didn't notice the cherries the first time. Just went back and beat it :D

Depending on when you face it those may not have been there.
